Whether you are just starting out and wanting some guidance on how to find a new way to live a healthy life or if you have all the knowledge you need and just can’t stay motivated then health coaching can benefit you. 

Ready to start living your best life full of energy, zest and balance? 

 

A 1 hour primary consultation focusing on motivation and goal setting.

Followed by 3x 30 minute follow-up sessions weekly then 3x 30 min sessions each fortnight. All sessions must be used within 3 months. 

Focus on what is most important to you with the flexibility to work on multiple areas (sleep, stress, mindset, nutrition, fitness, relationships, cognitive) at one time $450

For ongoing change 6 months of health coaching is recommended.

For some people accountability is key and an ongoing relationship with a coach can be hugely beneficial. 

We can discuss which options are best for you when you come to the end of your package.

1 hour introductory session $125

Option to purchase a coaching package at a discounted rate if you would like to continue.

Individual follow-up sessions charged at $75/30 minutes. 

Online nutrition coaching paired with one on one personalized coaching. Get the best of both worlds.
